I love Sonic , this location had the best pretzel twist I’ve had from any location, slight crunch on the outside and soft and delicious inside. Paired with an ocean water is a great snack when you’re feeling peckish

Totally messed up my order and then when trying to fix it misunderstood again. Took 45 minutes for everything, was not a happy camper. The little Hop was very apologetic very friendly tried to fix everything totally not her fault.

Ordered 3 drinks and a small order of fries for $17. Two of the drinks were supposed to be unsweet tea. We were given sweet tea for both and the fries were so over done they were dark brown and hollow on the inside. Also, drove up window speaker was broken so they were just ignoring the drive thru.

12:45 pm on a Sunday and they handed us our food the fries were over cooked and looked terribly dark, like the oil was old and the large chili cheese fries weren’t even full in the container only 1/2 full and my gf order mozzarella sticks and they didn’t even put marinara sauce in the bag. Who eats mozzarella sticks with no sauce???? Just Do better…

watched carhop deliver my order to the guy parked next to me. she came right back and exchanged the bag he had innocently been eating from, walked in the building and brought the same bag to me. when questioned about it , she denied it. but it was so obvious. will never eat there again.

Apparently whoever was working needs a new watch, sat in the drive through from 1035 to 1045 to pull up and watch the employee clearing orders from the screen and walking out at 1045 when they close at 11. Guys needs to be fired immediately. These are the loosers that are demanding $15:00/hr!!
