I had a waitress that was amazing named Elizabeth at the St Joseph, MO location. I asked for suggestions since it was my first visit and she took the time to explain the menu and certain dishes I asked about. My cup never went empty. Kudos Big Biscuit for hiring Elizabeth!
Ate at The big biscuit in St. Joseph, MO this morning and always food and service was great! The young lady (Lita) that waited on us was the Absolute Best! Couldn't have asked for better service. Hope you take good care of her, she deserves it.

Big menu, big (biscuit) portions, good coffees available, beyond the normal options at a diner. Our waitress, Lita, was great! Service was quick even on a busy Saturday morning. Prices are somewhat high, but worth it once in a while.
