Great margaritas, ceviche, tacos, and the fish! Rosa is a fantastic chef! Always great service. It's a lovely place to go and enjoy the best Mexican food in town. Small, intimate place. Where are you can enjoy the food and conversations.
Sotelo is the most authentic Mexican diner in St. Joseph. My wife ordered street tacos which were delectable. The carne asada is the best. I ordered the lunch fajita trio and the portions were very generous. Washing it all down with a Mexican Coca Cola was the proverbial icing on the cake.

I haven’t even got my food yet, so I’ll update this review if it sucks. Based on the way they make their drinks and also their chips and salsa, I’m pretty positive I’ll keep it at 5 stars.
