If i could give 0 stars i would. Waited over 2 hours for a delivery order. Called an hour in and was told the delivery driver already left with my food called in 5 different times about my order lady assures me that it’s coming and i waited 2 hours for cold food to be delivered. That she would add a free replacement order to my account or i NEVER would have paid or gotten the delivery order after the fact thinking it was going to be replaced in the future. Thought it might get better with new ownership, but wrong on that one.
Waited for 1 1/2 hours as the Doordash tracker for our order kept moving back.
Called the restaurant to cancel they told me I had to call Doordash to cancel since the driver picked up the order and was waiting on another order.
Delivery driver “Tequila A” did not answer a call or text after leaving a text and a voicemail.
