Terrible customer service. After spending hours on the phone with Hilton, they are denying my refund. I had booked with Expedia and when I arrived at Angad, I told them that. They then booked me for a second room which I was not aware of until I got the emailed receipts a day later. Instead of admitting what they did, they blamed it on expedia (which makes no sense) and refused the refund. We visited STL for my Birthday and the hotel was very nice , eclectic flare was a great we had a great experience.
Rooms were dirty, lobby under construction.The worst part it’s the air conditioning shuts off after a few hours so in the middle of the night you have to get up and push the button on the thermostat twice to get it working. Seems as though it’s not a popular hotel as we hardly saw anyone during our stay.
