We visited STL for my Birthday and the hotel was very nice , eclectic flare was a great we had a great experience.
Rooms were dirty, lobby under construction.The worst part it’s the air conditioning shuts off after a few hours so in the middle of the night you have to get up and push the button on the thermostat twice to get it working. Seems as though it’s not a popular hotel as we hardly saw anyone during our stay.
Unfortunately I do not recommend this hotel. My room was too dark to work in, the bathroom floor had dried urine stains, and the bedroom itself had mold issues. When I went back to the front desk they were closed for the evening so I was forced to sleep next to large amounts of mold. The next morning my sinuses were a wreck. That same morning at check out I was told the manager wasn't in and that he/she would call me. I never received a call. I emailed at a later date, no response....read full review
