Applebee's Grill + Bar

We're from out of town. We ordered through GrubHub to have delivered to our hotel. We didn't receive our entire order. I called and the lady on the phone new right away what we were missing. Our option was to have a giftcard mailed to my home (we don't have an Applebee's near us) or pay to have have it delivered on top of a tip all over again. No thanks. The food that we got was great. I just wish we all would have received a meal.

Chelsea waited on us at the Applebee’s connected to the hotel on Forest park. My father was in the hospital in St. Louis and we were tired and scared. Chelsea was welcoming and attentive both nights we were there. I recommend she get a raise. She was GREAT.

Tried to come here last night for a birthday dinner they are closed for renovations but say on google they are open we wasted a uber trip almost missed our movie because of this y’all need to update the google to say your temporarily closed

Been to this restaurant location many times. With being at hospital quite a bit in last 4 years it’s great location very convenient. Up until this visit and 2 weeks prior it was great and I raved how great food and service was. I had the same waitress these past 2 times. Let me tell you horrible. She was nice but nice don’t cut it when you never get drinks, food sits till it’s cold before delivery, takes forever to receive anything and acts like everything is fine. Now for the food. It’s always nasty to be chowing down only to find a hair down inside your food. Then you’re attempting to take home your toddlers food since they didn’t eat and you find some foreign black crap inside what was supposed to be mac-n-cheese. Definitely will be thinking twice before having this place again.

I drove all the way to this Applebees for them to tell me that outside isn’t open it’s seasonal???? What?? It was 87 degrees outside!!!! 10/14/25 management needs to look into this asap such a nice outside area it’s sad that the lazy workers don’t want to go outside so I guess they forced Management into closing it down in October dosent make sense

My first time here, and definitely my last.

The wait for a table wasn't long. But everything after that was terrible. We were sat and didn't see our sever for a long time. It wasn't even busy. We asked for waters and I ordered a cocktail. The cocktail came out before we got our waters, and our server isn't even the one who brought them to us. The manager who delivered my drink did. We also ordered breadsticks for an appitizer and our server apparently forgot about them. We just ended up cancelling them.

The restaurant is dirty. Stuff on the floors, sticky table covered in salt or something that we were sat at. My friend was given dirty silverware.

The food was just not good. First of all, our server put in the sides wrong. We noticed when the manager ran our food to us. He said he'd bring us the right sides, but after a while we had to say something our server as well. Both of our steaks were overcooked, the mashed potatoes were dry and bland. The Mac and cheese was the only good part.

Save yourself some trouble and don't eat here.
