We ordered DoorDash tonight, and majority of our order is missing … can’t fully blame the workers or DoorDash but we just spent $121 for food and we’re missing our drinks, and 3 other meals

Decided to go here for a
Mother daughter date.
Absolutely amazing.
Customer service was phenomenal,Ty was very polite.
Food did not take long at all, every thing was fresh.
The temperature was great.
I would recommend 10/10 especially if you work with Ty.

WARNING...Check your ticket and credit card statement. They will add extra tip to themselves , hoping you won't notice I am guessing. We sat at the bar on 2/14/25 at 7pm. Had a drink and some food. Tried to be NICE and leave a cash tip. Left 25$ cash tip on a 73$ dollar bill paid with credit card (write 0 and CASH tip on the tip line and handed it to him), only to see when it cleared, the young african american guy in the white hat working the bar gave himself an extra 15$ dollars. So, I mean 40$ tip on a 73$ bill. Wow, man. Greedy? To sacrifice the integrity of yourself and your store for an extremely large, undeserved tip. Was it because we were 2 of the only white people in there. It was connected to a hotel we had to stay at for a tournament. Is that how that works? Get the tourists? I hope this review will leave waves of people being way more cautious, and better yet, choosing a better place to eat. The Double Tree it is connected to should also be concerned for their guests. SMH.

Yesterday we stopped here to celebrate my daughter's senior night. The waiter forgot our drink order twice, didn't prepare my kids burgers correctly and most importantly decided I needed to disclose my personal health information to have food. I ordered my steak with no onion for health reasons and he brought me a steak smothered in onions. Because he refused to write anything down when taking our orders, he got everything wrong. I did speak with the manager who took my food off the bill but the experience overall was HORRIBLE. I was unaware I needed to disclose my health information to eat here and because of this I nor my organization will ever eat at an Applebees again.

It was ok, I prefer Chili's their food has a better taste, but the staff was very nice and I probably would try it again.

Walked over from the hospital. Not sure whose job it is to salt the side walk but fell on the ice out front. Walked in and told the hostess I was here to pick up and order and she said would be 5 mins. 15 minutes later the hostess asked if I there to picked up an order and told her my name and she pulled it from the rack. Food was cold. Seems like my food was sitting there the whole time.

*Update*
Mark one of the managers reached out and offered to make it right. He did explain that some of the hostesses are new so things may have been overlooked which happens in the industry. I don’t live near the restaurant so I did decline the offer but the phone call and acknowledgement was good enough for me.

We've visited this location many times while my mom has been in the hospital. We've had Kenny as our server several times. He always seems to care and does a great job. Never had any issues with the food either. Thank you!
