Papa Shih's serves fantastic food, including General Tso's Chicken and Beef Bulgolgi, despite being a ghost restaurant inside PokeDoke. Try their Black Bean Stir Fry Noodles, comparable to those found in Korea, and their infamous Jajangmyeong, but be aware of unexpected seafood ingredients.
