Had the jajiangmein and sweet and sour pork. As a Korean, am happy I found a good place. Thought it was authentic and similar to what I have a Korea. It is a ghost restaurant so I had to order on UberEats but you can eat in the PokeDoke.
Really good, pretty authentic.
Jajangmyeon and Tangsuyuk was very good. We did have a hard time finding the place because it operates with Poke Doke but overall Papa Shih was very friendly and I would totally order again!

Papa Shih's serves fantastic food, including General Tso's Chicken and Beef Bulgolgi, despite being a ghost restaurant inside PokeDoke. Try their Black Bean Stir Fry Noodles, comparable to those found in Korea, and their infamous Jajangmyeong, but be aware of unexpected seafood ingredients. Order via Uber Eats and GrubHub for pickup at the counter.
