1st I had the catfish dinner with yams and greens and I REALLY ENJOYED THE GREENS! I went back for the greens and they were sold out so I got honey hot wings and I also had some chicken Cajun pasta it was really good also. Looking at reviews I want to try Salmon bites next.

I ordered from here yesterday through DoorDash. The garlic parmesan wings and Mac & cheese was delicious so I decided to pull up on my day off and try other items on the list. The catfish fillets was delicious also and cooked exactly how I requested. All the employees were welcoming and did an excellent job, from the cashier to the owners walking past greeting me. I will definitely be returning.

The catfish tasted bland and fishy, the macaroni was flavorless and nasty and the yams taste like it was made with Splenda. I love trying new reataraunts but I'm highly disappointed. Yall know this food is low

The food is amazing but if you get food from this establishment I highly recommend you go up there and not go through DoorDash. There seems to be problems more times than not when I order through DoorDash. For instance I ordered a pork chop along with other items and the pork chop was missing when I called they said it just disappeared from the order and when I called DoorDash they said that they were told they sold out and substituted it with greens (which I did receive greens which makes me believe DoorDash) so while I can’t take away the fact their food is amazing I think they should do walk in or carry out only and not do delivery through DoorDash/grubhub/etc

I loved the porkchops the first time I ordered, they were the best I have ever had. Ordered again, and they were dry with little spice, but I ordered the yams, and they were so good. Went to order a third time, but the yams were not on the menu, so I didn't order. I am hesitant to order a third time because of consistency.

Where do I begin? Let's start with that fact that this place shouldn't be on door dash AT ALL because there is zero accountability when something isn't right. My original order were the salmon bite meal with Mac and cheese and collard greens for my two sides. Didn't receive that meal AT ALL instead of greens they gave me GREEN BEANS , so that entire order I flat out didn't receive , Then I ordered some supposedly "ghost pepper wings" and i'm positive they gave me honey hot. Entire order was disappointing and a waste of time and money! Considering they took so long to prepare it. I want to support black own business and will continue to because I love to see "US" prosper! But I WONT be supporting this one again! Oh yeh, and the wings I DID receive were gummy
