Everyone loves ice cream cakes! The ladies working were very courteous, cake looks great.. the store itself could use some updating and thorough cleaning. It's dingier than what I'd expect from Ladue.

Everyone understands when ice-cream places and food stores stopped giving samples during the pandemic but those precautions are long gone and every store we’ve been in has been putting out samples, salad bars are open, etc. Baskin Robbins is known for giving samples with the mini spoons and this location will not allow it. You cannot catch anything by handing a spoonful of icecream to someone who then throws it in the trash or uses it to eat what they’ve ordered. This place...

This is one of our favorite Baskin-Robbins stores! We have been to many around the area, even some far out, many we've not bothered to go back to. We will be back to this one! Their freezer case is well stocked with cakes, ice cream pre-packs and the like. The ice cream and waffle cones were fresh and delicious. The employees were friendly, kind, polite and very helpful.
