1. Lot is difficult. Narrow parking spots, narrow paths, not enough spots.2. Room is packed. You are sitting almost on top of the next patron. During anything close to a busy time, there are no seats available. You will be waiting for someone to leave. Also, no way you will find seating for more that 2.3. Food was pre-made. The sandwich I wanted was pulled out of the fridge already packaged in plastic wrap. What sandwich maker does that? And the sandwich was MEH at best....read full review
The food's really good. People working there are cool. The Yuppie Boomers/Zoomers that frequent the place aren't my cup of tea but it's worth it to enjoy the chorizo n eggs. The soups are AMAZING!! Beef Barley, chili...yum.

Tucked away in a charming strip mall in Ladue is the OG St. Louis soup and sandwich place. There is no way this popular lunch spot is going to get anything other than 5 stars! Their lunch selections will blow you away. And you can get a combo - 1/2 sandwich, 1/2 salad or soup - choice of 2 - so you don't have to choose.
