Great smiles and good food - - - - - - - - October, 2023 Visit Our family visited Philadelphia for a family wedding. We had a good time. Our departing flight was mid-afternoon and lunch was needed before we boarded. Thankfully Ronitta and team were available at the Dunkin Donuts in Terminal 2 (Southwest). I was unsure between two items and Ronitta helped me settle on ordering two sweet pepper bacon croissants, with tater tots, and donut holes for desert. They were made fresh, and we’re still warm as I ate them both before boarding… well made. I saved the donut holes and enjoyed them somewhere over central Pennsylvania… also nice. While the food was good the smiles were better, thanks to Ronitta and team… smiles make for a good trip! See you next flight! ----- ----- -----

This place has never had toppings. I think they only do the simplest ice creams because they have no competition in the airport. Most things on the menu are marked as out of stock. This has happened multiple times and at different times of the day.

Wish I didn’t have to give it 1 star.At 8:40pm, the female employee was scooping for a young man. My daughter I were next in line behind him. She & the girl who worked on the Dunkin side told me they were closed on the Baskin Robbins side. I returned to my gate & was rather frustrated so decided to look up their hours.Hours are from early morning until 9pm. I returned to their shop & asked why I was denied service. They told me, “cause we closed.” I showed them my phone reflecting the business hours for Baskin Robbins, not Dunkin. The time was now 8:47pm. I asked, “I would like to know why you didn’t serve me when you were scooping for the young man in front of me? The response both girls gave me was , because he works here. Mmk. So the guy who didn’t pay for it, was served but the paying customer wasn’t.I’ll be working on locating upper management or higher to further discuss.Felt better seeing another review who also didn’t get served. On top of which my daughter had gone over to see what they had & even when she told me they were rude, I decided to go anyway. BIG Mistake.

I had a connecting flight stopping in St. Louis and wasn't able to get something to eat at the previous airport. I didn't have time for sit down restaurant and choices were limited. I got in line at the Dunkin donuts/Baskin Robbins for ice cream. There were people in line. Male worker was yelling it was 8:30 and they were no longer selling ice cream. Woman said she would do ice cream, no toppings, for those already in line. Man also refused to do anything besides donuts or hot coffee. People wanting lattes were turned away. Girl at the register said we should tell the captains to get us there faster. Guess they don't care about losing sales. I was 3rd person in line and my check out time was 8:36. If they were still open for coffee and donuts, why not sell other products?

went to get a drink at this airport location. Grabbed it and stood in line while 3 workers just go on with their back turned to me and have a conversation. Finally lady turns and sees me and says "that stand is closed." i put the drink down and left.

3 lazy employees behind the counter told us "we are only doing scoops of ice cream tonight. No smoothies or anything else." And also said "those toppings are just for show. You can only get the premade ice cream"

Clearly having freezer issues, the ice cream was frothy and looked nasty. Staff at least didn't scrape it off the top of their drums so we were able to see how gross it was and were able to walk away before making a regrettable purchase. Flavors were also very limited, only 8 options available.

Server was was very rude. She would not help me and would not provide her name when asked. She had an attitude for sure. May not be an indicator of the entire establishment. Incident took place between 6:40 and 6:50p.m. Management can watch video of server saying to my wife she had two ears and could hear fine. Obliviously customer is number one is not taught here. Others in line were shocked a servers attitude as well. No manager to be found. Ca not rate products as was denied to place order.

The workers were rude and unfriendly. It's a shame those employees ruined my experience of a great ice cream company. They are independently owned so the corporate head quarter doesn't get involved. This location does not reply to individual or bbb complaints, and people want to raise the minimum wage for these workers to $15...very disappointed.
