Great smiles and good food - - - - - - - - October, 2023 Visit Our family visited Philadelphia for a family wedding. We had a good time. Our departing flight was mid-afternoon and lunch was needed before we boarded. Thankfully Ronitta and team were available at the Dunkin Donuts in Terminal 2 (Southwest). This place has never had toppings. I think they only do the simplest ice creams because they have no competition in the airport. Most things on the menu are marked as out of stock. This has happened multiple times and at different times of the day.

Wish I didn’t have to give it 1 star.At 8:40pm, the female employee was scooping for a young man. My daughter I were next in line behind him. She & the girl who worked on the Dunkin side told me they were closed on the Baskin Robbins side. I returned to my gate & was rather frustrated so decided to look up their hours.Hours are from early morning until 9pm. I returned to their shop & asked why I was denied service.
