Very good lounge
Wonderful as always...
Quiet lounge with polite staff in an airport that desperately needs to be renovated. The bartender was great on our visits. It does need a Freestyle soda machine like many other Admirals Clubs have. After American gutted the old TWA hub at Lambert, St. Louis is lucky to still have this club. We also utilized it after our flight.

The American Airlines Admirals Club is a small, dated lounge that offers an inconsistent product. While the food assortment is a bit more limited than other Admirals Club locations, the lounge features the highlight of chicken thigh meat BBQ sliders and a variety of food options. The lounge provides plenty of seating and has friendly, customer-focused staff, who are very welcoming and helpful. Visitors can enjoy the central staircase and skylight, which add to the space's charm. It serves as a good place to take a break and get some work done between flights. However, there is often a line for restroom stalls, so bringing cash for bartender tips can be helpful. The lounge is kid-friendly and accessible for wheelchair users, making it a convenient stop for many travelers. Overall, the Admirals Club is a refuge from the rest of the airport, where guests can relax or get assistance with flight changes and cancellations.
