Excellent food as always. Their chai tea latte was hot. Food was served quickly for our table of 8 which included 2 kids.

Has this place changed ownership? The food quality is way down. Also BPC was for years the place to have an espresso martini or a Bloody Mary early in the morning and now it’s a non alcoholic version. Seriously the staff are slow the food is mediocre at best.

At the last minute, in a clutch, Benton Park Cafe & Coffee Bar came through!! Getting married at Atelier 1879 a few blocks away, we forgot one important item: coffee for our guests!! Yikes. One serendipitous moment and a quick question gave us the answer: a Cambro filled to capacity with the black, liquid goodness we needed after the cafe closed. Delivered as promised, with cups, cream, and sugar! Thank you again, Benton Park Cafe & Coffee Bar. We will be back. Joe & Alissa Class

TERRIBLE customer service. I sat at the bar for 25 minutes, made eye contact with several staff members and NO ONE said a word to me or sat me until I spoke up about the terrible service. Extremely rude staff and the food was messed up.

I used to love this place. Not sure what happened. I got an omelette and it was the strangest texture of an omelette I’ve ever had. I also could barely locate the cheese. My partner got the breakfast tacos and they are some strange textured-fried?? shell. He didn’t even finish them. They didn’t look appealing from jump. The breakfast potatoes used to be so good but I guess they don’t serve them anymore. I hadn’t been here in years and it appears that was a good thing. Super disappointed.

The coffee is amazing. The building is neat and clean but the “famous beer biscuits and gravy” is awful. The other food options we seen other people get looked delicious but our biscuits were crunchy as was the stale bacon my food was topped with.
The food was priced excessively. 2 people eating biscuits and gravy and two coffee was $45
