Wow! I can't brag about this place enough. A friend & I came for Happy Hour. The wings have a delicious sweet & spicy sauce, the brussel sprouts are cooked to perfection, the deviled eggs are so tasty, the burgers are chef's kiss & their drinks are legit. Our service was 10/10! The atmosphere is cozy & welcoming.

Stopped in for a weeknight dinner at the Black Sheep. Liked the ambiance, low light and lots of wood, but not so dark that you can't read your menu. In time for happy hour, but opted for the mussels to started which wasn't a happy hour option. Super garlicky and tasty! Had the beet salad with chicken for my main and I would definitely get it again! Love a good beet and goat cheese salad and the chicken was flavorful and juicy!

Really great spot for a cozy dinner date. Lots of great food and drink options for any budget. Everything we had was delicious.

This place is so yummy! We have been here a few times and they have an awesome happy hour. In the summer they have a nice little patio and in the winter they have a cozy inside to chase away the close winter blues. They have amazing deviled eggs and their specials are always next level! Check out the elevated bar food with a nice pub feel.

We made reservations at the high top table. Easy check in as we were seated right away. We got the Truffle Burger and Chicken & Biscuit Pot Pie. The burger was excellent with the goat cheese and mushrooms. The smash burger patties were a little thicker than I thought. I requested my tater tots to be extra crispy and it was delicious. The chicken pot pie was good too. If you haven't been there yet, I would definitely recommend it.

Really cool pub with an excellent bourbon list, and the food is really solid. The deviled eggs and Brussels sprouts deserve top honors.

Had one great experience here over the summer, and one mediocre experience recently. Skip the whiskey and entrees and go for the cocktails and appetizers.

Gastropub style food. Food wasn’t as good as we hoped. Was surprised it was rated as highly as it was. Prices were reasonable on most dishes. Salad was good and big. Short ribs were expensive, had tons of fat, and were a bit too salty for my taste. Cocktails were bourbon and whiskey focused and pretty good.

Had a great time at Black Sheep Whiskey & Wine. The pictures online don’t give enough credit to the ambiance on the front side of the restaurant. Our waitress, Claire was very attentive and helpful with drink selections. We started with tots (our request, but not a true appetizer- YUM) and a Celtic Cooler. (Highly recommend. Don’t let the Earl Gray tea scare you off.) Had Bolognese and Chicken Pot Pie. Both were delicious.

I've been meaning to stop in forever because I live so close, and I finally did one Thursday night. It's a cute place, very chill and quiet. Nice for a drink or to catch up with friends. However, I wasn't overly impressed by the food, which makes me sad, because I really wanted to love it. I got a Caesar salad, which was good, but it was saturated in way too much dressing. But that's just a personal preference I guess. I also got some of the assorted spreads, the white bean dip in the spicy red pepper dip. They were good, but nothing to rant and rave about. My friend got the trout and it was pretty good, but they gave us 3 teeny tiny pieces of asparagus, which were so overly cooked and floppy that it was almost laughable. However, we sat at the bar, and the bartender was very sweet, and service was great. And our drinks were amazing as well. I will be back for drinks for sure, and I would like to give the food a second chance. There are some other things on the menu that I had my eye on.
