I just finished some of the best food I've ever had. My partner and I got half a chicken and an order of aji amarillo curry to share, along with several sides. While everything was amazing, the rotisserie chicken might qualify as a religious experience. I laughed. I cried. I mopped up the trio of sauces and sucked the meat from the bones like an animal. Absolutely phenomenal.

This is a proper restaurant, which is rare at the Loop. The food, the ambiance, the service — everything was top-notch. The lady at the bar was so lovely and hard-working. I hope they prosper for a long time at the loop.

We had a such a lovely dinner at Brasas on Halloween night. I was glad that I made a reservation because the restaurant is quite small, and I noticed every single table was reserved. The moment I walked through the door, I thought to myself, “wow such a cozy place with fun vibe for a date night.”
