I went to this location in Soulard Market. The smell of the bakery was incredible. The employees are extremely nice and helpful. My only complaint was that the double chocolate chip cookies were overcooked and difficult to chew; they were not edible. Maybe next time I go, things will be better.
I was a little disappointed in this bakery. The cinnamon rolls were just ok and the garlic herb brioche was a bit dry and just not very good. I will say that I did not go on a busy day, so I may give this place another try on a weekend.
Ran across their Bakery Store down at Soulard Farmers Market on Friday.For those of you who don't know anything about this bakery, you really need to know what you're supporting as it's so amazing.
