They were out of a lot of wine so ordered a martini. They said they were also out of toothpicks so olives were on skewers. Not a big deal but together with the mediocre salad… and the poor service, it was not a good experience. We sat with empty dirty dishes in front of us for over 20 minutes waiting for our check. We let the manager know we had been waiting, and she was no help. It was so bad it was almost comical.
Great service and our lasagna was out before we were finished with our salads very quick! Waitress was great checked on us several times. We will be back again soon!!
I am very disappointed with the poor service I received at Brio Grill Restaurant - Frontenac. The lack of attentiveness and slow response times were highly frustrating. The employees were rude and disrespectful. I could not enjoy the food, as they made my experience terrible. I won’t be back and I won’t recommend this place to anyone.
