This is a very busy Starbucks, so if you're coming in the morning be sure to place your order online to limit your wait! The staff is friendly and they work HARD. That being said, I try to only go here when I'm not in a hurry.
This is one of the busiest Starbucks I have been to. Yet they are always as professional as possible. They are patient, knowledgeable and really aim to get you your drink as quickly as possible. Some days they are very backed up, but they respond if you approach them even if they are in the middle of making drinks. One time I ordered from the wrong location, and they figured it out and made it there without an extra charge. Today, for various reasons, they gave me my money back...read full review
