Rude service, loby door was unlock and open yet was told lobby was closed. I drive a large work van and can't do drive-thru. Never suggested to to walk to drive or anything. After finally being was rudely spoken too and told I was strong arming.
Nobody in drive thru so I stopped thinking it would be a breeze to get a package of ground coffee only and I was there sitting almost 10 minutes before it was brought to the window.

I've had my fair share of visits at this Dunkin, and they've ranged from not so great to great customer service. I had a great experience today so I wanted to share the love! I workout down the street, and was planning on going to my dad's house to work.
