I want to love this Dunkin because I live in walking distance! Unfortunately, this Dunkin is just bad all around. Placed an order on the mobile app for two pumpkin donuts and when we went to pick it up she said they were out. I asked for a refund and she said “we can’t do that, you have to do it through the app.” There’s actually no clear way to request a refund on the app and she couldn’t give me any direction. I said, “so you don’t have what I ordered, but you can’t issue me a refund, so you just get to keep my money?” And she said, “well, you can come tomorrow morning and get them.” Um, I literally live 40 minutes away so that’s not possible. She finally offered me other donuts, but that’s not what I wanted. Seems suspicious that you “can’t issue refunds” but you can sell a product on the app you don’t have in stock.She was not empathetic at all, quite rude in fact. Very unfortunate experience and I will continue to pursue this because this unethical business practice. You should be ashamed of yourself.

I hardly write reviews but this still bothers me.. Me, My fiancé, and my brother went to this dunkin' It was already pretty sketchy when we pulled up it looked abandoned and dark. we waited at the speaker for about 10 minutes I would say no one talked or answered me so I tried calling no answer I called a few more times, still no answer. So i pulled up to the window and I was already done with this dunkin' i assumed no one was there and that it might've been closed because I didn't see any cars or people. So I continued to search for a different one. Then this man comes out of the darkness with his hair messed up and pants sagging and not in any type of uniform as if he was back there doing something he shouldn't have been doing.. He looks me dead in my soul and just looked at me and shook his head no.. I was confused and a tad bit scared. He locked the window as if i was going to jump through for some dang coffee.. I stayed only because I was pulling up directions and he comes back unlocks it and tells us they are closed not taking orders. Probably my worst experience.. If you aren't open and taking orders why are you there.. If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I've had my fair share of visits at this Dunkin, and they've ranged from not so great to great customer service. I had a great experience today so I wanted to share the love! I workout down the street, and was planning on going to my dad's house to work. He only drinks coffee with powdered creamer and that just doesn't do it for me, so right when I got out of the gym, I ordered on the app. I always love ordering on the Dunkin app because they always have a ton of special offers you can activate. A lot of them include a free offering with your order- and who doesn't like free? Nothing was catching my eye today on the offers, so I just went straight in and ordered an iced latte. They make it really easy to order and list all the ways you can modify it. I ordered my latte with skim milk, sugar free vanilla, and a pump of Irish cream. I sent it in and said I'd be picking it up in the drive thru. I pulled up (no line- which never happens!) and told them my name for my mobile order. I was kindly told to pull around and my order was sitting there and ready. I was greeted with a smile and told to have a great day. Coffee is great, per usual. Loving the Irish cream flavor!
Didn't know how to make a chia latte.. had to go to another dunkin..

I went through the drive thru and no one answered after at least 5 minutes. I pulled around and was yelled at by the employee through the window that they were closed (they weren’t). She didn’t even open the window. When I said politely that they weren’t closed, she finally opened the window and continued to yell that it was a shift change and they weren’t open. She was exceptionally dismissive and rude. I have worked a drive thru, and never once did we close when it was time to change the drawer over. I completely understand that sometimes issues come up and you can’t serve - but that could have been communicated over the speaker when I pulled up if that was the case. I will not go back to this location, it looks like this is pretty typical here based on reviews.

this dunkin experience was extremely terrible. we pulled up and no one took our order for 20 minutes. we then parked and tried to go in but the workers were smoking weed in there car in front of the locked building. the worker then yelled at us from her car, laughing, and starring at us. this was extremely rude. then a lady proceeded to walk out of the store with two boxes of donuts and the other child in the workers car got out and they left. then, the worker went in the store and locking it behind her. we went through the drive through and our drinks were finally made but made incorrectly and taste like shi.
