“Food was fresh and the guy working the drive thru was the only front end worker and you couldn't even tell. He handled it so well without much delay. Honestly deserves a raise and some appreciation for having to do that. Management needs to do better and give their workers more support.“
“I went to this location today to get my wife a Whopper Jr for lunch. She's in the hospital and tired of their food and wanted one of her favorite burgers. I rolled up to the drive-thru expecting my typical fast food experience - bad sound, bad attitude, bad quality. However, this was not typical. Tiffany politely welcomed me to her location (and I could under everything she said) and asked me me how my day was going. She asked my name for the order then asked how she could help me. I was taken aback. Her demeanor was delightful. I didn't expect it. It just isn't the normal fast food interaction outside of a Chick FIL-A. I pulled up to pay, and she was equally delightful when face-to-face. I thanked her for the wonderful greeting and conversation. The young lady at the next window was also very friendly. She even made sure I had all the condiments I requested. Wow. That's a new one for me. Unfortunately, I didn't get her name, but she was awesome, too. To finish off the visit, I checked my order, and it was exactly what I ordered - and it was hot AND fresh! Kudos to you, Tiffany and crew. Keep up the great work. I'll be back!“

Do yourself a favor and utilise the mobile app and have a respectable tone of voice when you state that you have already placed a mobile order Not just here but anywhere that offers a mobile ordering app. It makes everyone’s life a whole lot easier and has a positive effect on the service and quality of food not to mention less of a wait time and the quicker you can get home and take those first few bites of a fresh Whopper.“
“We were just passing through! We had a long day and was trying to find something quick to eat. It was 30 minutes till close. We decided to shoot our shot for the lobby because we were staying in a hotel and easier on us. The door was open, come to find out the lobby was not. We understood and were just going to order our food and take it to go. The staff was super nice and accommodating and offered to let us still eat in the lobby!! We were respectful of their time and place. The lobby was super clean and the food was hot. The employees that worked that night did more than they needed to but wanted to let them know their good gesture did not go unnoticed. Highly recommend.“
“I wanted to say, I frequent thus Burger King. Today, the first time in quite awhile. Not only was my food hot and tasty my food was perfect for fast food! I ordered 2 sausage/cheese breakfast mammies. Fresh toast sticks which were incredible not over cooked and I could actually eat them!! And the hashroubds were perfect! Not over cooked at all!!
