“I just had to leave a review to give a massive shoutout to an employee named Gary.
Even though it was supposed to be his day off, he stepped up to help when things got busy. Not only did he take my order with incredible professionalism, kindness, and an upbeat, positive attitude, but he actually went back and cooked the food himself, too!
His dedication went above and beyond. While I was eating, a family came in with two kids asking about a specific toy.
Another employee flat-out told them they didn't have it. But Gary stepped up, headed to the back, and magically pulled out the toys with a genuine smile on his face, completely saving the day for those kids.
When I chatted with him for a moment, it was clear he isn't just a great worker—he is genuinely a good-hearted human being who cares about people and takes pride in what he does.
While the rest of the staff left a lot to be desired (getting attitude just for asking for ice in the lobby is wild), Gary is an absolute rockstar. He single-handedly saved the entire experience with his work ethic and character. Give this man a raise! I appreciate you and I'm sure those parents do too, Gary!“
“I have yet to have a bad experience here. I often stop by in the mornings for a 12 piece chicken fry. Now thats not a breakfast item, but they make them anyway and take care of their customers. Something that cannot be said about other similar resteraunts.“
