Burger King in Springfield

“Supervisor here ruined our dining experience. Admonished employees in front of the whole dining room loudly from behind the counter. Excessively pointing out to employees when mistakes were made. Also kept saying she didn't have time to do tasks because of how busy she was...yet only one car in the drive thru and 2 other people in the dining room.
Ma'am, get your act together.“

“I work late and late night options are limited in Springfield, I just discovered about 2 months ago that this location is open after 11p, I’ve been back probably 5 times since then, during the day too, every time they have got my order right and every time my food has been good and fresh, I’ve interacted with a manager named Tony a few times and I think he is doing a stand up job, I am often ordering for 5 people and our ordering has the potential to frustrate employees but Tony has been super patient and kind every time, keep up the good work guys. I’ll be back.“

“Never eat fast food, just don't trust other people to cook my food, stopped here yesterday morning around 10, window cashier Victoria, asked me to wait a few minutes and pull around, took a good ten minutes but the food was perfect, fresh, quality, presentation, all A++ ,server brought it out and was actually wonderful. Kudos to BK!!“

“Super friendly staff. Ordered an Original Chicken sandwich and it was perfect. The bun and lettuce were super fresh and the chicken was crisp and it stayed that way till the very last bite. Way to go Burger King Team. You knocked it out of the park.“
