“I LOVE THIS LOCATION THE TEAM A1, FOOD ALWAYS RIGHT, FRESH, HOT, CUSTOMER SERVICE PLEASANT, POLITE, SWEET, AND OUTGOING EACH TIME! THIS WILL ALWAYS BE MY GO TO SPOT. I only went to the other one on West Florissant due to them being closer. Nope not anymore ill stay where I'm treated right and food right everytime. “i feel weird reviewing a burger king with this much enthusiasm, but i love this place. i live nearby and go probably once a week. the staff is always friendly (and not in the creepy chik fil a way) and my order has never been messed up. one time they asked me if they could give my dog a chicken nugget and gave me like eight nuggets. God bless these people.“
“It's a good location. Staff was friendly and fast.
Dietary restrictions: They do have healthier options if you are dieting.
Parking: Plenty of parking
Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu and it's a good spot to take them.
Wheelchair accessibility: They have plenty of handicapped parking and wheel chair entrance“
“Food was fresh and the guy working the drive thru was the only front end worker and you couldn't even tell. He handled it so well without much delay. Honestly deserves a raise and some appreciation for having to do that. Management needs to do better and give their workers more support.“
“I see the lady that used to run this store is back. She means business! I can tell the team respects her because it's the OLD BK I remember in 2023. Lots of Please and Thank yous. No arguing or cursing. I have visited twice this last week because it feels nostalgic. Give this lady a raise.“
“I’ve been to this Burger King three different days in a row, and every single time? Absolutely on point.
Food is fresh, hot, and ready the moment you hit the window. And if it’s not ready, it’s because they’re dropping fresh fries—so either way, you’re getting quality.
That consistency is rare.
On top of that, the employees are genuinely nice. Like, noticeably nice. The kind of service that makes you want to come back.
I don’t know their names, but whoever’s running this place—take care of your crew. They’re doing it right unlike most fast food joints these days.“
“A young man. Named David was so polite he is an amazing kid with such hard work he was patient and helpful helping me with my order that young man David deserves a raise!!! Would recommend going there if you want amazing service. I will always go back to that place“
“We were just passing through! We had a long day and was trying to find something quick to eat. It was 30 minutes till close. We decided to shoot our shot for the lobby because we were staying in a hotel and easier on us. The door was open, come to find out the lobby was not. We understood and were just going to order our food and take it to go. The staff was super nice and accommodating and offered to let us still eat in the lobby!! We were respectful of their time and place. The lobby was super clean and the food was hot. The employees that worked that night did more than they needed to but wanted to let them know their good gesture did not go unnoticed. Highly recommend.“
“Didnt have a chance to eat at work so I stopped here on my way home. It was a larger order for multiple people and so some condiments were forgotten. An amazing and wonderful older lady who was outside wiping down the windows took the time to stop what she was doing, listen to my issue, go inside and grab what I needed. I dont care if my fries are stale and 3 days old. Ill come back if shes still working here.“
