Nice drive thru lady but she didn't include my spicy chicken sandwich. I was really looking forward to it

The young lady working the drive-thru window at 10am was great! Her customer service was amazing. She was friendly, welcoming, and made the experience a pleasant one. Great customer service deserves to be recognized!
I ordered a whopper meal, with no special requests or modifications. I didn't think that would be a difficult order to manage, but apparently I was wrong. I waited almost 10 minutes only to receive a dry patty with absolutely no toppings or condiments except for a slice of cheese. What on earth happened? Haven't visited this location in awhile and I don't think I'll be visiting again anytime soon if this is what I can expect.
