The burger is always hot, but the fries on evening shift is always old. If I'm paying almost $13 for a meal. I want my fries hot and fresh.

The lobby is not so bad, but looking behind the counter were they serving our food is filthy nasty floors table legs. Dirty buckets and food under the tables were they are cooking. This place needs to shut down to be cleaned ASAP.

i feel weird reviewing a burger king with this much enthusiasm, but i love this place. i live nearby and go probably once a week. the staff is always friendly (and not in the creepy chik fil a way) and my order has never been messed up. one time they asked me if they could give my dog a chicken nugget and gave me like eight nuggets. God bless these people.

The staff here made the takeout a great experience. Such a friendly and great group of workers and this location was a great place to walk to and get out to enjoy the night. My fries were fresh and warm with the perfect amount of salt on them lol

In my experience my orders have been correct the vast majority of the time, if there ever are any errors they are small. Super nice lady often working the drive thru in the afternoons, customer service for me has always been great here. Sometimes you may have to pull forward to wait for an order but it's usually only 5 min or so and pretty much every fast food place does that now days.
Tried to order a burger for breakfast. Never had issue with this location in fact my favorite. However was told it would be 45 minutes?? Makes me wonder about coming back again.

Usually don't rate fast food but come on. Folks were super nice, but 35 minutes for an APP order ?!? 2 burgers 1 fry and a juice box. Burgers were somehow still cold?!! How does this happen?

I recently went and got a croissant sausage egg n cheese meal the bread was hard on the bottom and the hash browns is sometimes cold n hard....the workers should eat what they pass out to paying customers
