They were behind on getting the food out so I had to wait a few extra minutes. However the young man that took my order was pleasant and quick. He was also helping to get orders out. A real team player. The girl that was helping complete the orders was rude and slow.

I ordered an impossible burger not a mayonnaise burger. It was sloppy, wet and looked as if someone came over itThen I paid nearly $5 for a vanilla shake and they bring me a small half empty cup of idk what. Half melted ice cream or lumpy milk.Why they disrespect me like that?

I cant believe they got my order wrong 3 times in a row.. first giving me food I didnt order, and no following my subs properly. then then forgetting fries... and then not giving me the large drinks I paid for.I dont know why it seems to be so hard to follow no royal sauce and put 3 fries in a bag.. but it was a challenge for this crew.. after already being disappointed by them not having things for a wrap lol...just find another location atp.

So I went on the inside of the store this time around and the service was horrible, I counter person was sitting in the dining room was her a portable radio playing the whole time she played her music loudly while she toke my order, oblivious to what was going on......and the food was cold.

I would not recommend going to this restaurant. The people who work there were very rude and unfriendly. We were in between flights and stopped to order a breakfast item. The lady at the cash register told us they were changing the menu over to lunch right when we began to order and after she had asked for our order. So we stopped not knowing what to order. The menu never changed while we were standing there. Then another lady that works there began yelling at us to hurry up and order that day. So I asked them what can we order, breakfast or lunch. The lady yelling at us then yelled breakfast. So we ordered a breakfast item. Her tone was very sarcastic and she was very hateful. We told her what we wanted and she proceeded to talk about us and make fun of us with the other people working there while we waited for our oder. Its like they didn't want us there and hated us. When she gave us our order she didn't give us the full order and when we asked her for it she said we'd have to wait and again was very sarcastic. She shoved the rest of the order in the bag and handed it to us and didn't say thank you. We didn't sit very far from there to eat and she kept looking over and giving us dirty looks and we could hear her continue to talk about us and make fun of us. It was the most uncomfortable bad experience I've ever had a fast food restaurant. We were not being unfriendly or anything and couldn't understand why they were so hateful and mean to us. Its one of the worse cases of customer service I've ever seen. They didn't seem to know what the other one was doing and instead of working together to help people and customers and figure out what they are doing wrong, they immediately get an attitude and become extremely defensive and attack people in a very snotty way. They need training, better manners, some discipline and to be grateful to have a job and try to do their best instead of just being there and collecting a pay check. They should work hard and be proud of the work they do and make people write great reviews instead of being terrible to people and getting awful reviews. Shame on them and Burger King for allowing this behavior in a airport restaurant where a lot of people go there. I will never eat at another Burger King restaurant.

Of all the fast food places, I love most the burgers at Burger King. Service was excellent. My only complaint is that the place needs painting and maintenance TLC.
