There are a few things I enjoy at a restaurant. One is a full cup of hot coffee and the other is fresh tasting food. The cafe bistro at Nordstroms delivers both. Don kept the coffee cup full and hot and Chef Chris made sure the tomato basil soup, salad and burger were perfect. This would be the perfect place for lunch or dinner before taking your date to the movies. We did not feel like we were eating in a department store. Even though they say the menu is "limited", there is a solid variety to pick from and we look forward to trying more of them. I ate the tomato basil soup too fast for a pic, sorry.

I don't get the concept of ordering at the counter and paying and then having a full service waiter to follow up on the order. It would be a much nicer experience if the waiter just took your order at the table. Food wise, I enjoyed the French onion soup and Caesar salad. The French Dip was very salty and the clam chowder was so salty it was almost inedible.

I had lunch here on 9/23 and the food is really good. My problem was although the place was fancy and we had a good view by the window the restaurant was not clean. Stuff all over the floor. Service was just okay. I asked for a to-go box and it was off. I asked for another and they said that someone had spilled water on the boxes so that's all they had. Plus I had to get up several times to find someone to help me. Unorganized service and it needed to be cleaned for sure, but the food was good. I had the green goddess salad with chicken. Excellent!

Love this healthy restaurant! It is sooo delicious and I have great memories coming here with my mom whenever we would go the mall. The service is fast and the open air kitchen is so unique. I will be coming here more for lunch. I LOVED the Caesar salad with salmon. The salmon was cooked to perfection and it was the most tasty meal.

This was a nice little surprise nestled in the back of Nordstrom. We ordered the French Dip, Chicken & Goat Cheese Panini with a side of crab bisque. Everything was delicious! The purple sauce that comes with the fries is really good. I believe it is made with olives. Everything was rich in flavor. Everyone working was so friendly as well and the prices are reasonable.
