Me and a friend of mine was there last evening and we had a wonderful time staff was very funny attentive and we just had a great time there I would recommend it
Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. We were the only guests in the entire restaurant, yet no server came over to take our order or even check on us. Several employees were standing around, seemingly uninterested in helping. When we asked if the Blues playoff game could be turned on, one staff member curtly replied, “No sports,” despite watching wrestling on another TV. It was clear that customer service was not a priority.
Let's start with the good- the appetizers we ordered were all delicious.
It took well over 20 minutes for a server to welcome our table after being seated. Our drinks took longer to get than our food despite a relatively empty bar. There was a mop bucket next to our table full of chemicals for the entire night. We paid to be a part of a holiday pop up and spent the evening listening to pop music. Nothing that would encourage me to visit their events again.
