We have never had a bad experience here. The food is great and the service is as well. We will be back again.

Charlie Gitto's is one of my favorites. Went to the downtown locations before it closed many, many times and the OG on the Hill is awesome. This was my first time at the Casino location. Our server was excellent and took our drink and app order virtually immediately and came back 2 minutes later for the entree order. Very good service. We got the toasted ravs and they are smaller than most places but that doesn't matter, because they were more filled and a lot less chewy than other restaurants. My son had the Fettuccine Alfredo with Chicken, which he devoured. I had the grouper special, which was perfectly cooked. I would highly recommend.

Everything was perfect! Our server, Karen made the experience simply amazing. We were surprised at the very generous portions and the flavor  was outstanding. Every detail was attended to and was one of the best meals we've had in a long time and we go out a lot! Looking forward to returning next week with other friends. Keep up the excellent service. 

Fantastic as always. Highly recommend the lobster bisque, calamari, baked creamed spinach side, seafood risotto, all the homemade pastas. This is my favorite restaurant in STL.

Karen is always an outstanding server, but the food was only so so. My husband ordered a large filet, but received a small one. Karen caught it and ordered another for him. I ordered a medium steak and the first one arrived rare. The second one arrived medium rare, and the third was finally medium. Disappointed this visit.

The food here is amazing. So many wonderful options to choose from and enjoy. Great wine list and a beautiful athmosphere. Our server, Melissa, always takes great care of us and we love coming back to see her and the rest of the staff. We will definitely be back again. Thank you guys for always taking such great care of us!

We love Charlie Ghitto's. The atmosphere is great, and we love the food BUT, the portion sizes are getting smaller and smaller yet the prices are going up. My husband loves the lasagna, he says it's the best he's ever had however the portion sizes this weekend were almost half the size of the original portions.

The casino tobacco smoke permeates the air that flows into the restaurant. And although Gitto's does what they can to filter the air, the place unwittingly smells like a dirty ashtray.

Absolutely the best steak around! We have never left Charlie G's unsatisfied, the food and service have always been 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Food was great, waiter was very attentive. Celebrating a birthday, made us feel special and took excellent care of us!

My family and I share all special occasions at Charlie Gitto's. Never had a bad experience there.

Food was excellent. Cee Cee was our server and she was attentive and helpful with our menu choices.

Food and service were very good. My wife had the Cannelloni and I had Lasagna. Both were terrific. Our waiter, Matt, did a great job of taking care of us as did everyone helping him.

We had a great time visiting their Hollywood Casino location. Very nice feel lower lit feel and our server was quite good. My wife had a seafood pasta special that was really great and I had a filet which was cooked perfectly. We will be back and much closer to us than driving to the Hill.

Always a great dining experience with delicious Italian food and friendly service! Can't go wrong with the Lasagna and Chicken Parmigiana. Lots of room at this location.
