My daughter had a birthday party there. When I reserved the day I understood them wanting a card to hold the reserved day but When you tell them not to charge your credit card you want to do another form of payment and they still charge that card after being told 3 different times. I dont like the idea of automatically having a tip added. It was 20%. Which I still would have tipped if our hostess was any good. She wasnt worth the $50.00 tip. My husband and I had a fabulous experience at Chicken N Pickle! From the moment we walked in, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, especially considering my husband’s service dog. They were not only very professional but also incredibly kind and understanding, making us feel welcomed and valued.
