I preordered and picked up 150 pieces of chicken for a work picnic on Sunday for ~100 people and 50% of people came up to me to ask where the chicken was from, not to mention the countless email and text inquiries till now (Tuesday). Amazing value, amazing flavor, amazing service. Not a bad experience since I’ve been going (circa 2017)🫶🏽🍉
I had an amazing experience at South Side Fish Chicken and Grill… The food was hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The fried fish was perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and the chicken was seasoned just right juicy and packed with taste. Their sides were just as good…..highly recommend the fries…

Such good chicken wings! And the cashiers are always very patient and kind. Even when they get disrespectful customers coming in. I feel that they value their African American customers. Which is important since they are located in our community. Nice little mom and pop place.
