I was eating a southwest salad from Chick-fil-A and bit into something hard it was a sharp piece of wood from a wooden pallet maybe idk how it got there, but when I called up there to tell them they didn’t seem to care much and just offered me my money back or a new salad. Which is cool but I expected more from them like an apology at least, they didn’t seem to care.

All around excellent customer service, outstanding food quality, and a pretty clean restaurant. My meal was pretty cheap too but that didn't reflect on the quality at all. My only complaint is that they need to expand the bike rack's capacity as only 4 bikes can fit in it at once.Kid-friendliness: Has an indoor play area for ages 5-12Wheelchair accessibility: Has handicap parking near the entrance and no stairs.
Customer service was great here and staff was extremely friendly, I’m not used to that. The one bad thing I have to say is the portions need to be much bigger. I left hungry, but that’s OK. I was pleased with a customer service.
