I called and it was really interesting. The owner was on the farm in Costa Rica. After putting me on hold and hearing animal sounds the owner said sorry and offered a FaceTime video to see where the coffee comes from. Truly an amazing experience. Thank you.

This coffee company is very strange. The owner of the company was very weird and kept putting me on hold with animal sounds in the background and while I was trying to see the process of placing an order or potenitally if there are recurring payment options to place an order and had specific questions for him regarding his products but he kept putting me on hold. I think he thought I was someone else or something. But I could hear really weird sounds in the back ground and it was really confusing. I dont know if this is even a real company. I also own a business and regardless if I answer the phone or an employee we have a strict set of courtesy standards in place to ensure that we meet the needs of our clients and potential clients. I will not do business with people that play games or that don't share the same level of integrity that I do with my business. Good luck partner and I hope you make some changes so you can make some money. :)
