I came here around lunch and was very disappointed. First, the drive thru was not working. But, there wasn't a note. So, I sat for a little while until I realized this. Secondly, when I went inside I never received a friendly greeting arriving or leaving the establishment. Terrible customer service. When I asked for a cup of water to accompany my meal I was informed that they don't give out cups of water. That you have to purchase a cup that's the same price as a soft drink. Again, terrible customer service. The only upside, was the food was good. But, the customer service off set the good food and that's why they received only two stars and a recommendation to not eat here. Also, the parking was terrible. I'm not sure If this is also a commuter lot. Because, there were way too many cars parked for the employees in the building and I was the only customer. Highly suspect.
Manager was yelling at employees Extremely Loud. There were three other customers whose orders were wrong. My order was wrong but it was so much yelling that I just exited the store.

I love the chicken but most of the restaurants needs remodeling Serving food in dirty and grimy building Why ?Whose managing these companies Dirty floors the building are a complete mess Especially the ones in the city. Church's profit considering So why do I have to be exposed to these filthy establishment?The inner city establishments are nasty
