I visited Saint Louis and a family member took me to this truck…OMG, the ice cream and sorbet were both delicious!! The lady on the truck serving the ice cream was personable and friendly which explains why there was such a LONG line—-it seems like the return of the Mr. Frosty truck from my childhood, but it’s a lady! I had never heard of Scoops of Joy but now I’m looking for one in my neighborhood!
