Yesterday night I went to cocina latina for some stuffed potato and ceviche and whatever I got was not that I ask for !
The food was so bad that I couldn’t eat it, I hade to throw it away !!nasty
The service was great and the restaurant was very cute and clean but that’s not what I’m basing my rating on. The food was not good. I love Peruvian food and this just did not hit the spot for me. I didn’t like the seasonings they used and whatever it is they used was very strong. Also it was very overpriced. 4 meals, 5 drinks and some appetizers equaled out to $180 for us which is absolutely ridiculous for what we got. After years of living in the Central West End, I finally came in to give Cocina Latina a try, and I was blown away by the food here! It was an absolutely delicious meal–so simple yet so flavorful.
