The second time for a mixology class (Oct 2025): set up was great, but our Mixology Expert, Parker? TOP NOTCH. We expected a fun time learning, making, and having drinks, but it was more than that. It was an awesome experience. He was so knowledgeable, accomodating, and just overall superb! I highly recommend doing this class! It was a great Saturday afternoon date.“

These things show up looking all casual, golden, minding their own business, then you take one bite and suddenly you’re sitting there in silence, questioning why you’ve tolerated lesser appetizers your entire life. Crispy on the outside, molten three-cheese chaos on the inside like it was engineered by someone who clearly understands power.

And then they hit you with the marinara, not some sad side sauce, but a full supporting actor that deserves billing. Pecorino romano comes in hot with that salty punch, and the truffle oil? Just enough to remind you that you’re eating something way out of your league.

Here’s the problem… they only give you so many. Which is bold. Because now you’re sitting there doing math, deciding which “friends” at the table you’re willing to cut out of your life so you can secure one more bite.

By the end, I wasn’t sharing. I wasn’t talking. I wasn’t even pretending to be a decent human being. I was protecting the last arancini like it was my retirement plan.

360 Westport didn’t just make an appetizer, they created a situation.

Ham sliders were good, slaw was able to be put on the side, though it was clear maraschino cherries were involved in the glaze and jalapeños were involved in the jam (not disclosed). The french dip was good, as were the fries, mac and cheese, and goat cheese appetizer. The pork porterhouse was just about the saltiest meal I have ever tasted. It tasted like it was brined, seasoned, and serves with salt while also being cooked on a salt block. It made it hardly edible and contaminated the mashed potatoes and carrots that were paired with it, making it difficult to enjoy the sides. The server took a European waiting style, slow and steady. Taking time to approach us, which we did not mind as much, though other tables seemed to get better attention. All staff were kind and helpful. Parking is a little tight. Overall a decent experience, despite the high price point, which overall does not match the aesthetics of the bistro style interior or the casual uniform of staff.“

“I drove down to the Boind’ry last night ( June 10, 2022 ) for drinks and dinner and a great time because it’s not only an after work businessman v bar but a mix of wealthy and not so wealthy clientele and sadly it was closed with 4 or 5 guys sitting in the bar talking who I am assuming we’re the owners.Come on guys do NOT shut Boundry down forever because I can tell you better that anyone what made your restaurant / bar the “it spot” for so many years and standing room only most nights in the bar….it was the super cool bartenders like Bruce doing magic tricks and all the other cool bartenders and attractive wait staff that poured great drinks and bartenders were all very entertaining!A bartender can either make or break a bar environment!Any problems of lost customers can be directly attributed to losing colorful charismatic bartenders so hire some great bartenders and open again and word will spread like wildfire and the line of crowds will be down the block again waiting to get in!Some restaurants have free hors d’oeuvres or shrimp or taco bar but none of that matters! What does matter is your bartenders!Years ago at TGI Friday on Ellison Place they had the best bartenders in town doing juggling tricks with bottles the bartenders nickname was Psycho! LolWonderful memories … same for Boundry!So stop obsessing over the menu and get the best bartenders and friendliest and funny and attractive bartenders possible and the Biundry will be the now “it spot” again for another 20 years!“
