Heard about this place after having tried several of the affiliated food trucks separately. The food is very good, if you've tried any of these food trucks before you know what you'll be getting. Nice people running it. From the perspective of it being a restaurant, they've got a solid variety in their selection. Would recommend.

The menu rotates as different food trucks operate out of the building. I tried the brisket Mac from Farmtruk and was blown away. It was a deliciously rich mix with a slightly sweet tang. My boyfriend tried Steak Louie - gigantic cheese steaks with peppers and smothered in your choice of cheese. The people working we're incredibly nice and helpful, and the seating is bright and open. Lovely place, great food, and great people. Highly recommend it for a lunch spot.

I went to Florissant food truck night tonight and Farm Truk food truck was there. I had recently saw a pic of the soft shell crab BLT and it looked really good. I have never tasted crab so I thought this would be a good time to try. I paid $15 for this sandwich and it included some chips. The chips were very plain and could use a tad more salt. The sandwich came with an avocado spread but I requested the basil aioli instead since I don't like avocado. It should have came with onions on it but there were none on my sandwich and only one tomato slice. The toasted croissant was really good. I learned I'm not a fan of crab due to the fishy aftertaste.

It was a treat to have this food truck come by City Place for an Earth Day mini-event from building management. The last time I tried this mobile establishment was when I worked downtown a couple years back. Their brisket mac and cheese was awesome then, and it was awesome when I saw it today! However, I opted for the Farm Truk Burger without bacon...my goodness! Where have you been all of my life??? Normally, I would see many thing smothered on top of the burger, but the execution of the crispy onions on the farm-raised beef is nothing short of amazing. I think they put butter on the beef and the brioche bun because it tasted way too good to just be a plain old burger. It wasn't a plain patty; it was definitely hand-crafted and not a perfect circle. Just the way I like it!. The flash-fried chips were great too. It was just enough to make you want more. Overall, I hope that they can come again in the near future!

Upon the recommendation of a friend, I ordered my Christmas dinner from Foodtruk this year and it was amazing (!!), and so easy! From ordering through sitting down to eat- the whole process was a breeze. The food... fantastic! They offered a great variety from which to choose; so much so that it was a bit of a challenge keeping it to just a few items. Everything sounded SO good. REAL food. It's the way to go! Went to the Farmers Market at Tower Grove Park. I had the Steak and Egg Tacos. The food was fresh and delicious, and the staff was friendly and quick. I would gladly eat there again next weekend!

I was lucky enough to have the chance to try Farm Truk at a hospital employee appreciation event. They were serving a limited amount of items but when I looked what they had I new exactly what I wanted. I ordered their mac and cheese which came topped with smoked brisket and barbecue sauce. Barbecue sauce on chicken is honestly such an underrated combination that needs to be further explored in the food community becuase this mac and cheese was delicious. The cheesy mac and the sweet sauce, as well as tender brisket all went perfectly together. No complaints here especially when I was getting it for free. Hope I get another opportunity to try out this truck sometime in the future. If you see it around I would definitely give it a go.

I see Farm Truk every time I volunteer at the Tower Grove Farmer's Market, but I never got a chance to swing by. So when I saw them today at the Brentwood Farmer's Market I was pumped to try them out. My husband and I ordered the Farm Truk Burger and I ordered their Egg Salad. The burger was amazing! With a big 'ol brioche bun, perfectly cooked beef patty, cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion and bacon strips this was one of the best burgers we have ever had! The egg salad was pretty amazing as well with savory bacon bits sprinkled atop and served on a bed of greens. The chips that come with the meals are fantastic too! I'm going to have to make sure I stop by more often to try more on the menu!
