This is by far the worst Culver’s that I have gone to. There are two drive thru booths where you order. I pull up and the order taker was not very friendly at all. There were two people in there. One goes “ugh I wanna get off work” in groaning tone of voice. It was as if I was an interruption. Then I pull around to the window to get my order. There was a sign on window telling me pull forward. Fine. An employee was leaning against that window of doing anything!! You go time to lean you got time to clean. Don’t be lazy in front of your guests! Then came the concrete. At other Culver’s they are thick and creamy. This was very runny and not thick at all. I practically had to drink it. Terrible. I’ll go to Dairy Queen next time.

Kelly was so rude they messed up my order and she would not replace it! I went ahead and paid for another meal but got ripped off on my 1st meal Kelly acted like I was trying to steal food then couldn’t give me change for $100 she should not be a manager!!!

I did curbside pickup as due to personal circumstances i could not go inside.. i ordered root beer as the beverage which almost tasted like they gave me diet instead. Fries were terribly cold and burger tasted like they emptied the entire container of seasoning onto it and that’s just an understatement. I couldn’t even finish the burger since it tasted like nothing but salt. Very disappointed as this is my favorite restaurant and my money went to an complete waste

I was 11/30 in the evening. Full staff, was not busy at that time.
* Tables could of been cleaned * Soda bar was dirty and could of been cleaned * Order was messed up but was corrected with no problem.
I just expected a clean and more happy service. Especially for what I am paying for, definitely a little pricey.
Nobody has any training. No customers service nothing. Shame because I used to work for Culver’s and uphold their standards!! What happened??!

The food was very hot and fresh The french fries were amazing I love the crinkle cut french fries. The triple burger was fantastic I asked for no pickle of course they didn't pay any attention to that and they put pickle on there which I was not too upset about because I'm used to it I just took the pickles off but other than that it was fantastic. And all around good experience. Actually as many Culver's as I've been to I've never had a bad experience yet knock on wood.
