Always stop for the kids meal when working. I can't eat much when hot. So the kids meal does the job. Cheap and leave with ice cream. Lol

Explain why a drive thru window doesn’t hand out orders or even drinks. Nope only custard! Make it make sense. Get my order while still waiting for person actively at window, got to window to not even be acknowledged. Like sir you’re literally filling cup orders. Pass them out. I can see you doing it. But yall want 12/18$ an hr! You’re kidding right. Too busy worried about your phone’s.

I would like to recognize Devin. He was outstanding. Our order was wrong and missing and he took care of everything and made things right. He deserves a raise! My husband and I were very happy with his attention to our order. He immediately fixed the situation and made things right. Our food was great!

Visited on August 14th at 11:55 a.m. we go to this location often and I have to say this is the worst service we've ever had. Walked in and there were two girls taking orders never did they say can I help you or hello. The girl with fire engine red hair acted like she was not happy to be there. I said hello how are you and nothing. So I gave her my order and she was confused on how to do something so she turns around and whispers, devin, Devin. I thought about saying hey Devin she needs help. The food took a little bit to get to me which was not a problem because it was during lunch hour. When the kid brought me the food I asked him if I could have a small cup to get some water for my grandbaby. He didn't say anything and turned around and walked away. Then when I get up to leave I was carrying a diaper bag and a baby and trying to get my tray to throw away the trash and a worker coming towards me just walked right in front of me and didn't even offer to take the tray. This is the rudest service I've ever had at this location and not sure I plan on going back if this is the service they're going to give. Looking at the reviews, it seems like this is the norm now. The food was okay however when I got my ice cream with whipped cream, the whipped cream was basically liquid. I hope management really takes these reviews seriously and get some employees that would like to work and give better service

I completely understand the booths for orders. But, , , I would enjoy my beverage while waiting for my food.
So, maybe, you pick up ur drink at the window & then proceed forward? This would also help direct the line flow because, apparently, lots of ppl dont realize to pull on both sides, ,not just a single file line. But yea, the drink at the window would be nice.

The manager of this location raises the bar of what management should be. I have come in off and on for the past five years to this location- he comes around to each table and asks how is everything- and has gotten drinks for customers, etc. A couple of times ago while I there, the booth in front of me had a mild miscommunication/mishap with their order- and he came and apologized, and then went above and beyond to make sure they had a great experience and left happy. I am impressed with how this location is run.

I had the sourdough club sandwich, I was impressed. Very tasty, my only complaint would be we spent too much money for two meals, the prices could be a little better, that's why we don't go as often. That sandwich was the best meal I've had there, I recommend it!
