Busy part of the day, food was great not too long of a wait ,service was friendly and fast.
This is the greatest DQ location on earth. Staff is nice and fast, food is always great. Keep up the great work!
Met expectations of a DQ experience. Nothing grand but it works if you're desiring it.
They did not give me what I asked for and charged me more. I did not notice until I had already left because she wrapped a napkin around it. I will take my business elsewhere. I do not appreciate shady service.
The staff is very friendly. The food was served nice and hot. Good price.
I brought my granddaughter in for ice cream and the cashier was staring off into space for at least 4 minutes before acknowledging our presence. The ice cream was fine but the service was lacking, the store was filthy and the owner and his wife had a difficult task managing the many employees to do tasks, it is rare to see the owner cleaning the dining area when there are 6 employees in proximity on the clock. The owners wife was directing the employees on tasks and all the employees would ask why they needed to do tasks so early. I would continue to hire.

Do not go here. Hair was found in my food and Nadia the owner wanted to do nothing about it. Floors always dirty and super rude employees.

This has happened like 5 times it's absolutely ridiculous. You go there, sit. Wait in line for 10 minutes and the line doesn't even go anywhere like I'm on lunch at work. I don't have all day to sit there for no one to even take my order. So then I have to back out of the driveway so that I can leave.. it just happened again for the fifth time and I'm not the only one. There were two other cars that had to do the same thing ... they are not that busy to not even answer people in the drive through.. i'm so frustrated now. I have to go back to work with no lunch...
Awful service. I waited for 45 minutes and still never got my food!
Love the ice cream ?

The tall, skinny kid wiping tables was goofy. I turned around to be seated after getting my drink and he's standing two steps away from me on his cell phone. I informed him he's blocking my path. Then he's banging his dustpan off the floor. On duty woman told him to put it down. Floor was OK. Food was another story. Chili dog withdried up,burnt chili.Another employees starting his shift was arguing with th woman manager. Only went there because have a gift card to use. This place always has been a dive for most part. Place really sucks. Onion rings over cooked. Spent almost 10.00 for a small hotdogs with dried chili and 6 little onion rings. Don't recommend this place at all. Hopeful they'll close and some good, established food joint moves in.

Went to their drive through at 9:28pm today.
I got the wrong drink, the wrong sunday, the wrong ice-cream, and they didn't give back the right change.
How do you mess up every part of the order?
By the time I realized, they closed. So now I have to come back the next day.
Wheelchair accessibility: Easy open doors, and ramps that are easy to access from east side parking.
