Ordered carry out online, quoted 12 minutes. I arrive and am notified my order is cancelled via the app with no explanation or phone call. Online it says carry out ends at 11:45pm, I placed my order at 10:08pm. When I called the guy let it ring for a long time then just answered said “we’re closed” and hung up on me. If that is the case you should probably put a sign up and turn off online orders???

I was out with friends at a neighborhood pub and we ordered Domino's Pizza. I ordered around 9:30 p.m. and the app said it would take about 30 to 40 minutes. At 1 hour I called the store no answer at an hour and a half I called the store again no answer no one would answer the phone after I called numerous times so about an hour and 45 minutes later we were getting ready to leave still no pizza no one would answer the phone I did not think we were going to get it. Although the app did say it was still in quality control and it had been stuck in quality control for an hour and 15 minutes. At that time it was almost time for the bar to close so we were leaving and the delivery driver pulled up with the pizza. I was shocked she apologized that it was an hour and 45 minutes late and that I was allowed to go on the app and file what they call a claim which is their big advertising stunt that they're using that is a total bunch of you know what. The pizza was old and it was soggy it was disgusting it was not even edible after we put it in the microwave. so I did what the driver told me to do the next day because the app was down and it kept saying you cannot do a claim until the pizza has been delivered the next day it was clear so I made a claim on the app. I got a very nasty email from the customer service representative that they did their investigation and they don't think they did anything wrong they were almost rude argumentative and almost basically blamed me for it being an hour and 45 minutes late. She said because I filed a claim the next day I was not going to get my pizza replaced and I told her about the app being down I told her I called the store she said I know I looked up your call records you called the store several times before the pizza was delivered that's not good enough I said they never answered in your app does not work. That being said now I know why the service is so bad at the store because their corporate leadership is just as bad. This Domino guarantee is a bunch of hooey. It's a sales gimmick. I am done with Domino's. The pizzas that are shown in the picture or not from that night they are from a different night that were actually pretty good.

Terrible service, and getting a refund is like pulling teeth. Why do I have to beg for a refund from clueless store workers? And the "customer service" phone number is a joke. They really really need to keep my 23 dollars because they know how hard they suck.

Place my order at 4pm and it's now 10 pm and still no pizza.....they keep picking up and hanging upon me.....I just want my money back this is crazy....poor customer service....the sad part is I always order from them and never had this happen......

Ordered online with a 40-50 estimated delivery time. Tracker updated and showed 1-11 minute for delivery, 30 minutes later still no delivery. Tried calling the store 3 times and they didn’t answer. My order was delivered an hour late, and they didn’t even get the order correct! Couldn’t even give a refund. Absolutely avoid this store at all costs.

EDWIN PREPARED MY ORDERWe have had nothing but problems with our orders from our orders arriving hours later to having toppings missing and failure to cut a pizza properly. Anytime I have ever called nobody answers the phone. Im just tired of having terrible service.Update: 3 years later, I have checked through the reviews and it seems as though you guys still fail to hire competent staff. Also after writing this review. I decided to do a takeout order instead and had more issues. I could elaborate or you guys could do better.

We order delivery pretty often, and initially had good luck with this location. Sadly, more than once in the past couple months we've had underbaked pizza arrive very late (stuck on QC for ages with tracking) and now today we've been waiting for 2 hours on QC in the app, and cannot reach anyone over the phone. The 800 number was also unable to help and we cant do anything about it until the status changes to delivered. Do better Dominos. You should be able to help out customers in these situations better and have a way to work on this in-app.

This used to be a good location. USED TO! Do not order from here unless you are prepared to wait an hour or more for your order. I called to get a status update on my order (after 40 minutes — and the tracker still showed it as being in Prep) and was told that the tracker was only an “estimate” and that my order would be another 40 minutes at least!! I was told they were very busy because of a carry out deal for Tuesdays — THEN STAFF UP TO MEET THAT DEMAND!! I really wanted deep dish, but cancelled my order and called Imo’s, which arrived in 20 minutes — shop local and NOT THESE GUYS!

They never delivered our food. The app does not have an option for reporting a delivery that never arrived. Calling the shop involved a very long wait just to get a reprinted receipt and another long wait.
