I was out with friends at a neighborhood pub and we ordered Domino's Pizza. I ordered around 9:30 p.m. and the app said it would take about 30 to 40 minutes. At 1 hour I called the store no answer at an hour and a half I called the store again no answer no one would answer the phone after I called numerous times so about an hour and 45 minutes later we were getting ready to leave still no pizza no one would answer the phone I did not think we were going to get it. Terrible service, and getting a refund is like pulling teeth. Why do I have to beg for a refund from clueless store workers? And the "customer service" phone number is a joke. They really really need to keep my 23 dollars because they know how hard they suck.

Ordered carry out online, quoted 12 minutes. I arrive and am notified my order is cancelled via the app with no explanation or phone call. Online it says carry out ends at 11:45pm, I placed my order at 10:08pm. When I called the guy let it ring for a long time then just answered said “we’re closed” and hung up on me. If that is the case you should probably put a sign up and turn off online orders???
