The employees were great. Nothing I say here should be taken as a reflection on them.
However, this place is obviously understaffed. We were there at lunch rush. I was surprised that the parking lot was empty. Their takeout orders alone had the staff working at capacity, with DoorDash drivers in and out.
The food was great, everything you’d expect. It was made in a timely fashion and the crew employees were polite in addition to working at capacity.

Always on point thanks
Placed an order at the drive in. After I paid, I was asked to back up? No clue what that was about. Waited awhile, pulled back up to the window and still had to wait. Food was good but very odd experience.

Jack in the Box provides an overall excellent experience, despite some inconsistencies. The restaurant is a rare find, as many locations have closed. The drive-thru service is friendly and accommodating. Orders can be fulfilled as early as 10am. The food is hot and fresh, the best Jack in the Box in years. Service is fast and very friendly. Employees are kind and get orders right, even when busy. The breakfast burrito was amazing. Spicy strips are always so good, and the lady that took the order was really nice.
