Never answers the phone. Ordered delivery at 3:15 pm 1 hour went by and the app said it was delivered and complete but no one came so I called and she said “I don’t know why it’s saying that but your food is still here, I have a driver that just pulled up your order finna be on the way” Another hour goes by still no show so I tried to call back to cancel and get a refund and now they don’t want to answer the phone. Never ever order online from them, especially in urgent times. Today, they did not deliver my order. I waited 3 hours. Neither they receive my call or let me cancel my order. And they have cancelled order after half an hour multiple times previously as well. One time their delivery person called me, I went down and he told me he forgot my order, and come back. But he said to Uber Eats that it was deliver and I had to reach help, and wait 45 more minutes to get my order. Avoid...read full review
