My first delivery at this location was great. Closer to when they first opened. Food was exactly how I ordered it..and good! Even though the time stamp of the app is never accurate , even the pick up time stamp is wrong . But the last 2 deliveries & food was HORRIBLE. I always order extra sauce cause they make the pizzas so dry, my order last night was the DRIEST ever. And according to the app it was delivered an hour before I received it…so once I start calling looking for a person to speak to I get hung up on, then on hold for the next 15 mins. While on hold the driver shows up. I live 6 mins away for an over an hour delivery like they don’t deliver til you start calling…by the time it’s ACTUALLY delivered you’ll just want your money back..then to receive it and it’s HORRIBLE…terrible experience

I ordered a pizza and never got it having to file a complaint against the business for fraudulent for charging me delivery charges and for the pizza I never received Also tried calling but they wouldn't answer the phone but was happy to take my money

This Domino's all of a sudden turned to trash, because I never experienced this from this location. I placed an online order at 6:54 pm and didn't get the pizza until around 9:15.
I called the store after 30 minutes of placing the order to see what was going on because the tracker was still stuck on the prep step. The lady said they were busy so I thought nothing of it, and didn't mind waiting.
It soon turned to an hour so I called back to see what was going on and to get my money back. Every time I called was placed on hold for a long time with nobody picking up.
I finally got the pizza, and while it's good I should not have to wait for almost 2 and a half hours for it.
This place doesn't deserve a 1 star rating, but Google doesn't allow 0 stars.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!!!

This is the worst Dominos in Saint Louis. I Was charged for a delivery I also never received and they won't pick up the phone. I will never order from this Dominos again. New store location same BAD SERVICE. I am filing a dispute with my credit card company and notifying Dominos Pizza Corporate Office.

My food service was horrible.7/1 order for delivery about 8:30pm and when I went to pick it up 10:00pm food was cold order wasn't right. I don't know what happened, but when they were in the old building I never had any problems with delivery, quality, hotness, nor taste.

Order my little kids a chicken and peperoni pizza and didn't check.it before I got home or before I dropped it off to them on.my way to work gets half way to work and they gave me a pizza with onions and hot peppers! I called them and told.them.what they did all they said was bring the pizza back HOWWWWW I'm at work! This place sucks! I got pizza from them before and it was cold since it was peperoni I belive they gave me a previously ordered that wasnt picked up I'm done I will return to going on forest park!
