Never answers the phone. Ordered delivery at 3:15 pm 1 hour went by and the app said it was delivered and complete but no one came so I called and she said “I don’t know why it’s saying that but your food is still here, I have a driver that just pulled up your order finna be on the way” Another hour goes by still no show so I tried to call back to cancel and get a refund and now they don’t want to answer the phone. It’s now the end of day still no one has answered the phone and no one delivered the pizza.

Never ever order online from them, especially in urgent times. Today, they did not deliver my order. I waited 3 hours. Neither they receive my call or let me cancel my order. And they have cancelled order after half an hour multiple times previously as well. One time their delivery person called me, I went down and he told me he forgot my order, and come back. But he said to Uber Eats that it was deliver and I had to reach help, and wait 45 more minutes to get my order. Avoid this shop by all means.

The service is Horrible, the meal wasn't received, the price could have been better, the order was NOT RECEIVED after 3 hours. The call was not answered after multiple tries. Never received the the delivery. I ordered 3 pizzas & called after 1.5 hours someone answered and told me they dont have any delivery drivers and hung up. When I called back the automated system told me 50-64 minutes. I would encourage leadership to look into this very rude/ horrible service!! Im sure the loss of business is from RUDE DISRESPECTFUL PEOPLE!! After holding for 30 min I just gave up!!!! Very unsatisfied customer!

It’s really unfortunate that this one location with the rudest employees has caused this corporation to lose a customer. Waited over an hour for cheese pizza. The tracker was a joke when if someone finally answered this call at the store they kept hanging up the phone. My first delivery at this location was great. Closer to when they first opened. Food was exactly how I ordered it..and good! Even though the time stamp of the app is never accurate , even the pick up time stamp is wrong . But the last 2 deliveries & food was HORRIBLE. I always order extra sauce cause they make the pizzas so dry, my order last night was the DRIEST ever. And according to the app it was delivered an hour before I received it…so once I start calling looking for a person to speak to I get hung up on, then on hold for the next 15 mins. While on hold the driver shows up. I live 6 mins away for an over an hour delivery like they don’t deliver til you start calling…by the time it’s ACTUALLY delivered you’ll just want your money back..then to receive it and it’s HORRIBLE…terrible experience
