We had a drink on the rooftop bar. Their menu didn't show what I would call girly drinks but the one I did have was good and the view is spectacular! Went right up to the bar.

Poor customer service. The manager was nice and tried to be empathetic. The food was not good at all I wish we would have gone to another restaurant.

Eclipse is our go-to spot every time we see a concert or show The Pageant or Delmar Hall. The hosting staff is always kind and welcoming. We usually sit at the bar on the main floor for efficient service and recommendations on food and drinks from the friendly bartenders. The food menu items seem to change often. The preparation quality is slightly below average but it works just fine for sharing a small meal. The atmosphere is bright but also darkly retro, they stick with vibe of the Moonrise hotel well. We are always in and out in a timely manner.

We came in after a comedy show, ordered drinks and an appetizer, the waiter looked like he was on Xanax or something so bad feeling right off the bat, he came back about 10 minutes after taking our drink order and asked if we wanted to order food and we did, another half hour later and we still hadn't gotten out drinks so we asked what was up, 10 minutes after that he comes back and asks what we ordered to drink and if we ordered food yet. Absolutely ridiculous to wait 45 minutes and not even be brought a water after asking twice about drinks. We told him we'd eat somewhere else and to just cancel the food and drink orders since he clearly didn't even remember what we got or to put our order in. Was hoping to really like this place as I had a great time staying at the Moonrise, but this was the worst service I've ever had at a restaurant.

Stopped in for coffee & desert. It took forever to get service and we were the only people in the restaurant. The coffee was so bitter we couldn’t drink it. The ice cream was freezer burnt and the brownie was so dry it was hard to swallow and therefore not eaten. We stay at the Moonrise Hotel quite often. Once before my husband ordered French toast for breakfast and they sent it out with the plastic on it. We figured they couldn’t mess up coffee & dessert but we were wrong. That was definitely their last chance. They deserve zeros on everything except atmosphere. It was a very sad experience!Dietary restrictions: My husband informed them of his food allergies and they brought the wrong order out to him.

Had breakfast and for the price it was horrible The waitress was unable to make a tequila sunrise. They were out of everything we wanted to order and the menu was limited. The eggs were very over cooked no sausage no salmon and when asked for Hotsauce my I had finished my meal by the time it arrived the coffee was lukewarm warm. Avoid at all costs. In case anyone at the moonrise cares the date was 12/28 around 10am Word to the wise. Stay away at least foe breakfast.

Starting with the greeter/host who was annoyingly pretentious and arrogant, the service went downhill from there. We had 6:30 pm reservations for an 7:15 pm concert next door and had to cancel our entrees to make it to the show on time. It took 45 minutes to get simple appetizers which were just ok. Very disappointing.

Place not what it use to be since the menu was simplified, Crab cakes was good, but the Salmon over the rooted vegetables wasn’t good, chicken wings are very huge couldn’t eat those, but the lemon drops was good, Scenery Still

$15 burger average at best. How hard is it to make a good quality burger ? Lots of staff doing busy work but had to wave them down to get service.

Grabbed drinks at the rooftop bar in the Moonrise hotel / Eclipse restaurant with friends. The drinks were creative and delicious, nice bartenders, and some holiday decorations for the season. The DJ was bumping but only a handful of people. Eager to check it out when the weather is nicer to check out the terrace.
