Egg@midtown is a highly recommended brunch spot in St. Louis known for its amazing food and flavorful dishes. The menu features unique options like eggs Benedict with pork belly, Shakshouka, and tacos, showcasing clever mashups. There are also great vegetarian and gluten-free choices. Customers often praise the friendly and efficient staff, which provides quick and enjoyable service even near closing time. The restaurant is kid-friendly and has a cozy, clean atmosphere with a cute decor. Many visitors enjoy the perfectly made lattes and diverse cocktails, including a highly praised mimosa. The food quality is consistently fresh and flavorful, with some reviews highlighting the crispy breakfast potatoes and savory sausage. While parking remains convenient, especially on weekends, soda is served in cans, so unlimited refills are not available. The restaurant offers a welcoming environment, making it a must-visit for locals and visitors alike. However, some diners have mentioned that prices have increased recently, which might influence regular visits. Overall, Egg@midtown remains a favorite for breakfast and brunch in St. Louis.
