If you're looking for a hidden gem, you've found it. El Guanaco serves up fantastic Salvadoran pupusas at an incredible value. The interior is a bit cramped, so calling ahead for pickup orders is recommended. The asada con queso and the revuelta are standouts, but I have yet to try an item from their menu that wasn't a total success.

It's closed. Doors are locked and windows dark all signage on windows is gone.

Good was Delicious! Server was gracious. Portions are big! We'll be back!

The food and customer service was amazing!!! Everyone was so nice & welcoming. I had the Honduras tacos, queso and chips and salsa. Everything was delicious, hot & fresh!10/10 I highly recommend this restaurant 😊

Dont blink, or you will drive right passed it. If you want authentic dishes right from abuelas kitchen, look no further. 1 liter glass bottles of Pepsi made with real sugar. Complimentary chips and 2 kinds of salsa, spicy and spicier. The chips were harder than I prefer, but still good and made in house. The harder texture is better for nachos because they don't get soggy so quickly. Just not for me. I got the Carne asada fries that came piled high with toppings and soft yet crispy and tender mini chunks of steak. Fantastic. I also got 3 Pollo tacos that I could barely fold in half without losing all the goodness. The menu is mostly in Spanish and the waitresses don't speak English all that great but they won't hesitate to bust out the Google translate to make sure everything is understood and you get what you need. Oh and the queso was the literal icing on the steak.

This place is legit! Get the pineapple fresca drink and get the green salsa and get the chorizo queso. The tacos are so so good and stuffed full. Everything else is authentic and delicious! When I'm ordering off of a menu and I'm not sure what I'm ordering because it's in Spanish and I am a gringo it makes me very happy. 😋

Delicious food at a very good price. Friendly wait staff did a great job and made us feel welcome. Large portion sizes means you will leave full and happy.
